Remind yourself you are a part of the whole! ♥️🌎🙏🏼
♥️Take a gratitude walk. Walk in nature as if for the first time, admiring everything you encounter with awe and wonder.
♥️Engage all your senses when out. Don’t just be in Nature, be WITH Nature. Pause and consciously take it all in. Keep your attention focused on the landscapes around you vs in your head.
♥️Write a Love Letter to Mother Earth, your favorite tree or your spirit animal. Read it out loud.
♥️Share your most sacred with the land: your tears, joy, your musings or your hopes for life.
